IT Support Engineer

1. Server Room & Hardware Maintenance

- Monitor and maintain server room infrastructure.
- Perform regular hard disk health checks and maintenance.- Monitor server performance, storage capacity and system health.- Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues.- Maintain proper records of IT equipment and hardware.

2. Website Maintenance

- Handle regular website maintenance and updates.
- Monitor website performance, uptime and functionality.- Coordinate technical fixes and troubleshoot website-related issues.- Manage website backups and basic security checks.- Coordinate with hosting providers and developers whenever required.

3. Email Management & Data Backup

- Manage company email accounts and configurations.
- Perform regular email backups and ensure data recovery options are available.- Maintain email records, storage and account access.- Handle email-related technical issues.- Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures.

4. IT Support & System Management

- Provide basic technical support to employees.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software.- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues.- Maintain IT infrastructure, systems and documentation.- Ensure data security and follow IT maintenance protocols.

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of computer hardware, hard disks and storage devices.
- Understanding of server maintenance and server room operations.- Knowledge of website administration and maintenance.- Understanding of email servers, email configuration and backups.- Knowledge of data backup, recovery and data security.- Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches).- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and IT troubleshooting.- Knowledge of hosting, domains and website control panels is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- BCA / BSc Computer Science / BSc IT / MCA / Diploma in IT or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates with relevant practical IT experience will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A technically sound candidate who can independently manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, maintain company systems and servers, ensure regular data backups, and handle website and email maintenance efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
