Core Responsibilities • Incident & Ticket Management: Log, monitor, prioritize, and resolve employee support requests and service tickets. • Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). • User Account Administration: Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and set up permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace. • Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting: Diagnose Wi-Fi, local area network (LAN), and VPN issues. • Onboarding & Off boarding: Set up new hire workstations, configure software licenses, and revoke access for departing employees. • Escalation: Route complex or infrastructure and server problems to specialized engineering teams.
Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
