Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. First-level support for end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).

2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

3. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, email clients, and collaboration tools.

4. Provide remote and onsite support.

5. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.

6. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

7. Assist in user account creation and access management.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required: Fresher or 2-3 years of experience.

Education Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

Skills Required:

A. Essential

  • Basic understanding of Windows & Linux OS.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, email systems, and remote tools.
  • Networking basics (IP addressing, LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

B. Desired

  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud apps (Google Workspace, Office 365, Microsoft Outlook).
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA (preferred but not mandatory).
