Role Overview: As a member of Schaeffler, a dynamic global technology company known for its entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership, you will have the opportunity to partner with major automobile manufacturers, aerospace, and industrial sectors, providing you with numerous development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze IT solution requirements (business, IT, NFR, UX, etc.) and translate them into detailed software and integration specifications and designs in alignment with the solution architecture. Implement and operate these solutions following DevOps principles. - Collaborate with IT Solutions Architect and business experts to discuss and detail technical software and integration design based on requirements. - Work with the DevOps team to track requirements and feature implementation, documenting the IT solution architecture and interfaces. - Guide the fulfillment of IT solution requirements according to specified architecture and software design in collaboration with developers and suppliers. - Ensure thorough documentation, testing, and final business approval of changes and decisions before production operations. - Engage with vendors and external service providers to validate changes and ensure performance meets agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualification Required: - University degree in Computer Science, Semantic Analysis, Mathematics (Statistics and Modeling), and Software Engineering. - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
