IT Solution Architect - GTG - BLR

Role Overview:
The IT Solution Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions, aligning architecture with business goals, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with business and technology strategy.
  

• Create architectural blueprints, high-level design documents, and integration patterns.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  

• Recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance scalability and performance.
  

• Conduct architecture governance, design reviews, and ensure compliance standards.
  

• Guide development teams on best practices and technical implementation.
  

• Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies.
  

• Identify architectural risks and manage technical debt.
  

Required Skills:
Must-Have:

• 8+ years in solution architecture, system design, or software development.
  

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  

• Expertise in microservices, API design, and event-driven systems.
  

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  

• Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-availability systems.
  

• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  

• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and Kubernetes/Docker.
  

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with TOGAF/Zachman frameworks.
  
• Exposure to data architecture, AI/ML, or enterprise security architecture.
  

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

• Experience: 8+ years in enterprise technology environments.
