Key Responsibilities –
· Maintaining direct communication between the company and clients.
· Ensure the smooth flow of project operations.
· Meeting the clients' specifications.
· Manage team’s daily workflow to meet deadlines.
· Maintain confidential details.
· Manage day to day office operations.
· Answering questions or resolving specific complaints of clients.
· Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.
· Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
· Screen feedback and requests from clients to provide solutions.
· Escalate complaints to relevant team members.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Process feedback from the client.
· Resolving technical issues.
· Should have a tech background and should be able to understand the technical stuff
· Should be able to travel nationally and internationally
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
