Experience : 6 months to 2 years of experience Location : Jaipur (work from office) Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales Telecaller to become a valuable part of our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, presenting our range of IT products and services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for IT sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services (e.g., software, hardware, and web solutions). Identify customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions. Follow up on existing leads and convert them into qualified sales. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Schedule appointments or demos for the field sales team when needed. Provide accurate product/service information to clients. Address customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales, preferably within the IT industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic knowledge of IT products and services. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-driven. Eligibility : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
