It Sales Manager

Requirements: At least 5 + years of experience in Product/ SaaS pre-sales, sales engineering or IT consulting. Technical knowledge and expertise in SaaS & cloud native software products and solutions. A Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering and/OR MBA degree in sales, marketing, IT. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events (up to 35%) What you will do: Lead Pre-Sales and Lead Generation for our cutting edge and market leading Product Platforms. Deal Strategy & Structuring in conjunction with our global Sales teams across Americas, Europe and APAC. Leverage your product management expertise to align customer needs with existing product features and identify any gaps or enhancements required. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products' technical capabilities, competitive advantages, and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive benchmarking, and target customer segments. Provide technical and product information to clients through demonstrations, presentations and proposals. Provide feedback to R&D teams for Product Roadmap based on customer and market feedback (Voice of Customer). Address clients' queries and concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Maintain a strong relationship with existing and prospective clients and follow up on sales leads. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to improve the product features and functionality.
