As an IT Sales professional at AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve identifying new sales leads, pitching products and services to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, researching potential leads and new markets (especially on social media), understanding the purchasing decision-makers in organizations, contacting potential clients via phone and email to set up meetings, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays, keeping clients updated on new company developments, developing quotes and proposals, negotiating deals via phone, email, and in person, and supporting team development and training. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales leads - Pitch products and/or services to potential clients - Maintain relationships with existing customers - Research potential leads and new markets, especially on social media - Understand the purchasing decision-makers in organizations - Contact potential clients via phone and email to set up meetings - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives - Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays - Keep clients updated on new company developments - Develop quotes and proposals - Negotiate deals via phone, email, and in person - Support team development and training Qualifications Required: - B. Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA - 06 months of experience - Excellent communication skills Please note that the job type is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers. The working schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning shift. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and the work location is in-person at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
