IT Sales Executive

We're looking for a result-oriented IT Sales & Email Marketing Manager to help us with business development and lead engagement. Our ideal candidate should have a strong IT service sales background and have implemented email marketing, cold calling, lead nurturing and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to introduce our solution suite and find ideal clients in targeted markets.
• Work together with technical team to guarantee smooth post-sales support, customer satisfaction, and pre-sales consultation.
• Proactively follow up on incoming leads, research, and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients based on sales research guidelines and business priorities.
• Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and obtain leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure proper understanding of customer requirements and deliver against them effectively.
• Keep up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system, so that there is a consistent follow-up and reporting .
• Encourage data-driven decision-making, track and evaluate the performance metrics of the sales team and provide leadership with regular reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or tech solutions sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,217.38 - ₹70,119.61 per month
