Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and promoting IT/software or accounting-related services to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments
• Identify potential customers through cold calling and market research
• Pitch IT services/software or accounting-related solutions to prospects
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales/lead generation (preferably in IT/software or service industry)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Experience in cold calling and client handling
• Basic understanding of IT products/services or accounting solutions is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
