Job Description

You drive revenue.
Your responsibility is to generate qualified leads, build a predictable pipeline, close deals, and grow our IT services portfolio (Web/App Development, ERP/CRM, LMS, SaaS, AI Automation, Digital Marketing).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify prospects through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp outreach, and industry directories.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of SMBs and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain activity KPIs: calls, messages, meetings booked.

2. Sales Meetings & Presentations

  • Understand client needs and position solutions with clear ROI and business impact.
  • Conduct demos and pitch decks effectively.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward a decision.

3. Deal Management & Closure

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and SOWs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms aligned with company targets.
  • Close deals with strong follow-through and documentation.

4. Account Management

  • Maintain ongoing client relationships for repeat revenue.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across ERP, CRM, LMS, AI, and development services.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and customer success teams.

5. Reporting & CRM Discipline

  • Track all activities in the CRM with accuracy.
  • Submit weekly reports: leads sourced, meetings booked, deals closed, forecast.
  • Maintain pipeline health and revenue projections.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
  • Understand industry trends in tech, SaaS, and automation.
  • Recommend improvements to offerings, pitch scripts, and processes.
