Internship Opportunity IT Recruiter Intern (3 Months)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media.
  • Engage with candidates, answer queries, and provide interview feedback.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract top IT talent.
  • Learn and apply best practices in tech recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, and IT industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
