Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a range of technical roles that drive RKDemy mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Source candidates via job portal, social media, networking, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate feedback
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline activity
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles: Developers, DevOps, Software testing Engineers, Java and .NET developer etc.
• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Promote RKDemy’s employer brand across various platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, any Graduates or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
