Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles with a background in financial industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of technical positions across the organization. The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases to find suitable candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement: Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the role requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics for IT positions. Job Postings: Write and publish clear and engaging job descriptions to attract the best talent for technical positions. Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Market Research: Stay up to date with trends in the IT job market and the latest recruitment tools and techniques. Offer Management: Extend job offers to candidates and manage the negotiation process, including salary and benefits discussions. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Requirements: Experience: 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing, preferably in financial services domain. Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, iimjobs, Naukri, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers and candidates. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies. Familiarity with software development, infrastructure, and other IT-related areas is a plus. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for software development, network, or infrastructure roles. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
