IT Recruiter

Additionally, you will collaborate with IT team leaders to anticipate department goals and hiring needs. Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates, participating in tech conferences and meetups to build a network with IT professionals, and composing job offer letters will also be part of your role.
