Screen Resumes : Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct Interviews : Perform initial interviews to assess skills and fit. Coordinate Interviews : Schedule interviews with hiring managers or teams. Manage Recruitment : Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting to onboarding. Maintain Database : Keep track of candidates for future openings. Negotiate Offers : Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. Build Relationships : Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring teams. Market Research : Stay informed on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks. Onboarding : Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
