Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates over phone or video calls.
Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers.
Provide excellent customer service to both clients (employers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in domestic staffing/recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and market trends.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
