Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Automation Analyst Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid - In Office Tuesday through Thursday) Position Type: Mid-Level Experience Required: 2-3 years in QA Automation Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Quality Assurance Automation Analyst to join our QA team in Bangalore. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, who can work effectively with test requirements and automation tools such as OpKey or similar platforms. You will be responsible for building robust automation scripts, managing test data, and debugging automation errors to ensure high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts based on system requirements and business specifications Convert functional requirements and acceptance criteria into automated test scenarios Utilize OpKey or equivalent tools to build, schedule, and execute test automation Create and manage test data sets required to support automation testing Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and update scripts as needed Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of QA automation experience in an enterprise environment Proficiency in using automation platforms like OpKey , Selenium, or similar tools Ability to understand and translate business requirements into automated test scripts Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience with test data creation and management Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills We are a diverse team 17,000 strong, united by a dynamic, inclusive culture and energized by limitless learning and growth.
