Role & Responsibilities

Ø Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.

Ø Design and present process flows, wireframes, and mockups using Figma and related tools.

Ø Prepare and manage product notes, release notes, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Design, Development, QA) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable documentation.

Ø Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and user manuals.

Ø Coordinate with design teams to ensure product designs align with business requirements.

Ø Support project managers in maintaining project timelines, documentation, and reporting.

Ø Conduct requirement workshops, presentations, and training sessions when necessary.

Ø Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and version control for documentation.

Requirements

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Ø Hands-on experience with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX collaboration).

Ø Strong knowledge of BRD/FRD preparation, process mapping, and documentation standards.

Ø Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
