Job Description

Monitor and maintain computer networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN) and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, hardware failures, and connectivity problems.
Install, configure, and support network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Respond to user inquiries, providing technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades.
Ensure network security by implementing best practices and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Collaborate with system administrators and other IT staff to support infrastructure needs.
Monitor network performance and generate reports on usage and system uptime.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and backup processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
