IT MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, data cleaning, and data accuracy checks across IT-related

datasets.

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as per business requirements.

• Create professional presentations (PPTs) for management using accurate data analytics.

• Work closely with IT teams to support process automation, reporting improvements, and

workflow enhancements.

• Utilize Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow for automation and

dashboard development.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insights.

• Support IT projects by providing relevant data analysis and documentation.

• Act as a quick learner and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Advanced

Excel functions).

• Good working knowledge of Word & PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow.

• Understanding of MIS concepts, including reporting, data analysis, and data management.

• Must have an IT background or experience working in IT-related MIS roles.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / IT MIS / Data Reporting roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
