About Us:

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading team members, guiding and communicating job expectations and monitoring performance.
• Leading, Planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects at Unit-Il.
• Propose new technologies and solutions for automation of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity of the plan.
• Coordinate with IT heads for the CIO presentation and driving IT project management
• Coordination with corporate IT team and ensure continued reliable and consistent performance of the shameerpet plants IT infrastructure (Network, Servers, desktop, IP Phones, Video Conference etc.).
• Monitoring daily IT operations, Infrastructure and Applications in scope.
• Suggesting solution for improvements and reported incidents and applying it when necessary.
• Work with site operation and corporate IT team on Installation, upgrade and migration of local systems and applications.
• Ensuring all the site IT operational activities are updated and completed as per the timelines (Incidents, Back-up and restoration, Problems, Project updates etc.).
• Ensure all systems are patched properly on time and local server health-check is maintained.
• Managing and maintaining site IT infrastructure include Data Center, Servers, Network and End user support.
• Perform local support for mobile security and co-ordinate with Corporate IT team for configuration.
• Following site quality procedures and maintain documentation wherever applicable.
• Performing POCs on new technologies required for organization.
• Coordinating and supporting Jr. Engineers at Unit for SIEM activities and guide around technical tools and process adherence.

Experience/Qualification:

• B.Tech/MCA with 13-18 years of relevant industry experience.
