Job Description

Job Description: The individual would be responsible for working with the business teams to understand demand, create and deliver strategies, drive content curation and harvesting processes and set up mechanisms to organize them appropriately for ease of consumption by the relevant personas Responsibilities: As a Knowledge Management Lead, you will be responsible to understand respective businesses drivers and Go-to-Market strategies and accordingly devise and implement the content readiness and establish mechanisms to drive adoption for knowledge efforts within associated businesses. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to define the content strategies, and continually evaluate opportunities of content creation / curation / harvesting basis identified gaps. You would be responsible for ensuring content governance, community & overall health, and drive adoption for the assigned domains.
