IT Iternship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Help with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Install and update software applications and operating systems.
• Support IT team in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Participate in IT projects as required (e.g., system upgrades, migration, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data and systems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and common software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
