Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following: 1- Design & Architecture o Plan, design, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise networks. o Evaluate and recommend networking solutions, hardware, and technologies for optimization and innovation. o Prepare network architecture diagrams, documentation, and topology plans. 2- Vendor & Commercial Management o Manage network-related contracts, service renewals, and SLAs. o Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for timely vendor payments and documentation. o Maintain ISP docket files, invoice tracking sheets, and network asset inventory. 3- Client & Stakeholder Engagement o Handle network-related client calls and escalations with professionalism. o Proactively communicate technical updates, incidents, or changes to stakeholders. o Translate technical issues into business language for non-technical teams. 4- Configuration & Administration o Configure routers, switches (Aruba, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos), wireless controllers and access points. o Manage network services: DNS, DHCP, VRRP, NAC, VPNs (site-to-site, remote access). o Apply firmware/IOS upgrades, patches, and security updates. o Routing/Switching: BGP, OSPF, STP, LACP, VPC, VSF, IRF o Wireless: Aruba (Mobility Controllers, APs), Cisco WLC, SSID configuration o Firewalls: Fortinet (NSE 4), Sophos (basic configuration & policy setup) o Protocols: VPN, VRRP, RADIUS, TACACS, ISE o Tools: NMS (Network Monitoring Systems), IPAM, NAC 5- Network Operations o Monitor network health, uptime, bandwidth usage, and troubleshoot incidents. o Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for network outages. o Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for uptime SLAs and ticket resolution. -- Qualifications & Requirements: o 8–10 years of enterprise networking experience o 5+ years in managing Aruba/Cisco Wireless and Switching environments o 5+ years with firewall technologies (Fortinet preferred) * Experience with vendor and ISP coordination, renewals, payments * Experience leading a small team or function * Certifications (Added advantage): o Aruba: ACSA / ACMP o Cisco: CCNP (Routing & Switching / Wireless) o Fortinet: NSE 4 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Experience: enterprise networking: 8 years (Required) Aruba/Cisco Wireless environment: 5 years (Required) Vendor management: 4 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
