IT Finance Business Associate

As an IT Finance Support Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting finance-related projects and ensuring end users receive necessary assistance. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and defining local finance needs, collaborating with group IT Finance solutions for opportunity studies, and ensuring compliance with group processes. - Documenting user manuals, creating user acceptance testing scenarios, and managing process workflows. - Conducting training sessions for local users on new features and solutions, and providing user support for finance-related tasks and ERP system issues. - Coordinating tests, identifying bugs, and following up with group IT teams for resolution. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations when using the IFS system. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-4 years of experience in finance roles or ERP support. - Qualification in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration, with ERP certification preferred. - Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business processes. - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and familiarity with IFS accounting software or other ERP systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, proficiency in documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and UAT scenarios, as well as an understanding of ERP implementation methodology, will be valuable in this role. Knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance and project management, is also essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French would be an advantage.,
