Position: Finance & Accounts Executive & Admin Location: Pune Experience: 3-5 years Industry: Engineering & Manufacturing / Service Industry About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The role involves GST & IT filings, accounts payable & receivable (AP & AR), cash flow management, and generating MIS reports. Expertise in Tally, taxation, and compliance is required to ensure smooth financial management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain financial records, AR/AP, and reconciliations. Handle GST filings, TDS, IT returns, and statutory compliances. Generate MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial projections. Assist in budgeting and cost optimization. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred. 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or service industry.
