Job Title: Field Service Engineer – HP Products Support Company: Codesaint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Service Partner of TVS Electronics) Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Renewable every 6 months based on company requirements) Service Locations Gurgaon – 3 Positions Noida – 2 Positions Work Days: Monday to Saturday Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Summary Codesaint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a trusted service partner of TVS Electronics, is hiring Field Service Engineers to provide onsite support for HP desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. You will be responsible for field-based service operations within designated pin codes in Gurgaon or Noida , ensuring timely and professional technical support to customers. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Monthly Salary : ₹16,000 Conveyance Allowance : ₹4,000 Total Monthly Payout : ₹20,000 Training : Mandatory certification through TVS Electronics Contract : 6-month contract with performance-based extensions Key Responsibilities Visit customer locations for diagnostics, repair, and replacement of HP devices Ensure service-level adherence (4-hour or next-business-day response) Update case status in real-time using TVSE systems or mobile app Follow HP’s part usage and return protocol; avoid delays or misuse Maintain signed service reports and customer checklists Follow data security , software licensing , and ESD safety standards Wear proper uniform and identification during all visits Attend and complete all mandatory training/certifications Eligibility Criteria Education : ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics / Computer Hardware / IT Experience : 0–2 years (freshers with relevant qualifications welcome) Certifications : Must complete TVS-approved training and certifications Other Requirements : Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license Must have an Android smartphone with internet Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory Why Join Us?
