Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support for HP and Lenovo desktops, laptops, AIOs, printers, and accessories. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum year of experience in hardware support (if Degree holder). Minimum years of experience in hardware support (if Diploma holder). MCP/CompTIA A+/Lenovo/HP certifications preferred.
