IT Executive (Server & Technical Support)

You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field to be considered for this position. We are looking for a committed and skilled IT Executive to become a part of our technical team. The perfect candidate will have practical experience in managing servers, technical problem-solving, data management, and network assistance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth and secure technical operations within our organization. Your main responsibilities will include managing and upkeeping internal servers and IT infrastructure, providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring data security, backup, and recovery procedures, monitoring system performance, updates, and patches, troubleshooting and resolving server and connectivity complications, and collaborating with third-party vendors for IT solutions. To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT/technical support/server handling, a strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and data systems, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a mandatory degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. This is a full-time job and it offers paid sick time. The work location is in person.,
