IT Executive

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, networking devices, and other technology.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal teams and employees by resolving hardware and software issues promptly. This includes troubleshooting network, system, and application issues.
• Network Management: Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Software Management: Oversee software installations, updates, and patch management. Ensure that software licenses are up to date and compliance is maintained.
• IT Security: Monitor and implement IT security protocols and practices to protect the company's data and network from internal and external threats. This includes managing firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
• Data Management: Oversee data storage, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. Implement and manage cloud storage solutions where applicable.
• User Account Management: Administer user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion. Manage access rights and ensure that users adhere to security best practices.
• Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including computers, printers, software, and networking equipment. Ensure all assets are properly accounted for and in good working condition.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure that all processes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve IT systems, processes, and security.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
