Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for operating system installation, software setup, and regular maintenance across all user systems. Setup and manage Firewall, VPN client configurations, and ensure secure remote access. Manage email account creation, configuration, and regular backups for organizational continuity. Configure and maintain network printers and ensure seamless connectivity across departments. Oversee all IT infrastructure and support activities, including incident handling and end-user support. Provide support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, network switches, IP phones, and perform software installations and security updates. Handle data backup operations across Windows Servers, SQL databases, and file servers, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Configure and troubleshoot ISP modems (both DSL and ADSL) for stable internet connectivity. Maintain and configure attendance server systems, ensuring accurate time-tracking and reporting. Manage intercom systems and devices, ensuring reliable communication within the organization. CCTV system installation, configuration and maintenance for security surveillance.
