Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, server systems, DevOps practices, and security technologies including CCTV and biometric systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT environment to ensure seamless operations and robust security.

Key Responsibilities:
Server & Infrastructure Management

• Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, including backups, patching, and performance tuning.
• Monitor server health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

DevOps & Automation

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment and release processes.

CCTV & Security Systems

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data retention policies are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and troubleshooting.

Biometric Systems

• Manage biometric attendance and access control systems.
• Ensure integration with HRMS or other internal systems.
• Perform regular audits and resolve hardware/software issues.

General IT Support

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with CCTV and biometric systems setup and maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
