Salary: 15,000/month + Travel Allowance

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform visual inspections of IT equipment to identify faults such as cracks, dents, and broken displays.
· Prepare configuration reports detailing hardware and software specifications.
· Check BIOS settings for errors and troubleshoot any detected issues.
· Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and essential software (MS Office, PDF Reader, etc.).
· Troubleshoot Windows operating system and software errors efficiently.
· Ensure MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve IT-related concerns.
· Travel to client locations for IT maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
