IT Executive

You are a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with a background in BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science. You should have hands-on experience in programming languages, Excel, and ERP systems, along with a solid foundation in basic hardware and networking. Your role will involve supporting the IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and assisting in system improvements across the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day IT support for systems, networks, and users. You will need to develop and maintain scripts or small applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Ensuring effective use of ERP systems, assisting with data uploads, report generation, and troubleshooting will be part of your tasks. You will also be required to prepare and automate Excel reports using advanced features like formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts. Basic hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, etc.) and network support (LAN/Wi-Fi, cabling, IP settings) will also be within your scope. Additionally, you will assist with software installations, updates, and IT asset management, as well as collaborate with vendors or internal teams for IT projects and upgrades. Maintaining documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions is also an essential part of your role. You should have a BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with the required educational background may also apply. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++), advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, basic knowledge of hardware setup and networking, good communication, and problem-solving skills are key requirements. You should also have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred skills for this role may include experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL), exposure to cloud platforms or IT ticketing systems, and certification in hardware/networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+).
