IT Executive/ Operation Administrative

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, network management, and providing technical support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, printers, and other IT assets.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or repair.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and basic server management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Basic understanding of cyber security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
