IT Engineer II

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and high-performing Siemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.


• Define architecture roadmaps for integrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and other PLM/ERP tools.


• Lead end-to-end implementation of Siemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, and deployment.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.


• Automate engineering design and configuration processes by leveraging Rulestream s rules-based technology.


• Continuously improve existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.


• Establish best practices, standards, and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage.


• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.


• Provide training and technical support to ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Rulestream architecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, . NET, or Java for Rulestream customization.
• Proficiency in engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications.
• Strong understanding of CAD automation principles and practices, with experience in developing automation routines.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Oracle).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of product configuration, design automation, and PLM workflows.
