As the IT Domain Specialist, your role is key in improving the stability and reliability of our cloud offerings and solutions to ensure continuity of service for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of key cloud platform and solutions which includes technical design, integration requirements, delivery and lifecycle management. You are a specialist across and/or within a technology domain and viewed as the go-to person in the business to provide technical support in the development and delivery of cloud infrastructure platforms and solutions. Collaborate with architecture, solution, and delivery teams to rollout the envisioned IT roadmap Support customers and business in the utilization of our Service Value Chain offerings Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (primarily React JS). Develop server-side applications and RESTful APIs using back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot. Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a seamless user experience. Perform database design and development, including data modelling, queries, and optimization. Ensure the applications performance, security, and scalability meet industry best practices and project requirements.. About You 3+ years experience in network alarm and configuration management implementation, consulting or technical SME role covering, Expertise in standard Network Performance Management tools specializing in fault detection. Experience in configuring Enrichment/Impact rules in the network monitoring system. Troubleshoots network performance issues. Analyses network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions. Developing custom/topology reports Must be able to handle customer environment and acquainted with High Availability and Disaster Recovery setup. Developing custom scripts in Shell/PERL for monitoring and managing application-level activities. Domain Skills- Technical knowledge of Network and SNMP along with IP addressing and Basic NW troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge on MIBs, SNMP Traps and SNMP discovery, Understanding of various Network Elements such as Routers, Switches etc and their OEM and different routing protocols - TCP/IP, BGP etc, Knowledge of Routing Configuration, IP Prefix mapping and updates, AS-SET objects and Internet Route Registry. Technology Skills- COTS Products- Network Node Manager (NNMi), NCM SolarWinds, Kiwi Syslogs, Sevone. Comfortable with various operating systems usage - Linux, Windows, Scripting - Shell, PERL, Angular JS, Database - Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Maven, GIT. Additional knowledge - Automation tools, MS office tool suite, ITIL - Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Knowledge and Configuration Management. Familiar with DevOps tools application and automation - Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence Effective communication and facilitation with key business stakeholders to capture and represent immediate business requirements to long term strategic objectives. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. Additional Skills - PhP, Python, Unix Shell scripting, mySQL, Basic knowledge in Rest API, Good to have Java Full-stack development with Spring MVC, Spring boot, Angular.
