IT Development and Innovation Manager

You will be part of the Business Operations Unit within Nokia's Digital Office, responsible for providing Business Support, Management, and Governance. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholder groups, understanding and documenting business needs, and developing ServiceNow reports and Microsoft stack services. Additionally, you will support the user community, identify data analytics opportunities, propose improvements, and contribute to governance and portfolio management-related analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholder groups to understand and document business needs - Consult with ServiceNow technical resources for solution options - Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards - Develop and maintain Microsoft stack services including PowerApps, Power BI, Data Factory, and SQL Server objects - Support user community with answers and solutions - Identify areas for data analytics utilization - Propose improvements for governance and portfolio management - Conceptualize, design, and create automations supporting Governance and Project Portfolio Management processes - Develop and maintain online ServiceNow modules and reports - Contribute to strategy implementation, execution, and iteration - Collect and analyze business/stakeholder needs - Contribute to IT processes, methods, and metrics implementation - Contribute to communication of the strategy across IT and its execution to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Two or more years of experience as a ServiceNow developer - Two or more years of experience in data analytics/reporting - BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar - Knowledge and experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Data Factory, and SQL - Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs - Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills - Understanding of IT Management methods, tools, principles, Project Management Methodology - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Self-starter attitude with a keen interest in learning new technology It would be nice if you also had knowledge of Apptio One Plus and Data Modelling.
