You will engage in investigations and work towards restoring services efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for users and stakeholders alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Service Operations. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for desktop environments. - Understanding of IT service management frameworks. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
