IT CRM Rollout Consultant

You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Interacting with the central IT BUILD team, central business, and local business users. - Managing IT CRM projects (70%) and UAT and testing tasks (30%) involving SQL, GCP, Adobe Campaign, etc. - Working with Datawarehouse SQL/json. - Utilizing GCP (Google Cloud Platform) for big query tasks including handling raw data, aggregate calculations, and KPIs. - Working with Adobe Campaign classic v8 & Salesforce Marketing Cloud for one-shot email branding, triggers automation, and real-time emails. - Rolling out new brands, new countries, or new CRM features. - Conducting kick-off meetings and project management tasks. - Applying CRM and technical Build specifications. - Supporting and guiding the development team during the roll-out process. - Performing technical and integration tests including UAT and end-to-end testing. - Managing the go-live phase and monitoring processes. - Onboarding the business users effectively. You should possess the following qualifications and experience: - At least 3 years of experience in a CRM context with expertise in data model configurations and specifications writing, integration flows. - Experience in project management within an IT and Agile environment, including coordination of teams such as developers and Product Owners. - Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow-up on projects to meet deadlines and deliverables. - Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools like Adobe Campaign classic v8 or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform & Bigquery. - Knowledge of the Retail Industry with experience in ecommerce and loyalty use cases. - Experience in CRM marketing campaign management. - Proficiency in JavaScript. - Strong communication skills with a consulting posture to engage with IT teams and Marketing business users effectively. - Ability to document projects using tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jira. - Strong technical background with full hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or Adobe. - Good understanding of SQL to query databases and conduct tests on Data Warehouse, GCP, and Adobe databases. - Knowledge of APIs, flat file transfer, and Postman integrations. - Ability to anticipate potential impacts such as omnichannel and GDPR compliance. - Fluency in English is required for effective communication.,
