IT Coordinator ( cloud services)

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with cloud service vendors (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, etc.) for renewals, troubleshooting, and support issues.

· Manage and track IT-related contracts, licenses, and service-level agreements.

· Assist in user setup, account creation, and permission management for cloud platforms.

· Liaise with IT vendors for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.

· Monitor data backups, system updates, and ensure data security compliance.

· Provide first-level technical support and escalate issues to respective vendors when required.

· Maintain documentation for IT assets, software subscriptions, and configuration records.

· Assist management in evaluating and implementing new technology solutions for business operations.

· Support internal teams with access, connectivity, and device troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.).

· Experience coordinating with IT and software vendors for support and billing issues.

· Basic networking, troubleshooting, and data security knowledge.

· Ability to manage multiple vendors and follow up efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,345.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• IT management: 1 year (Preferred)
