IT Compliance Analyst

Role Overview: As an IT Compliance Analyst at Flex located in Chennai, you will be supporting extraordinary teams in building great products and contributing to the company's growth. Reporting to the Manager, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate Segregation of Duties conflicts in ERPs and other applications. You will consult with business units to reduce SoD conflicts, implement mitigation controls, and drive continuous access controls improvement. Your responsibilities will include performing quarterly SOD certifications, contributing to automations in the SoD and Access Control area, ensuring a low number of internal control deficiencies, executing SOX controls and Sensitive Access reviews, and providing support for maintenance and implementation projects related to Role administration and User administration. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate Segregation of Duties conflicts and consult with business units to reduce conflicts and implement mitigation controls - Perform quarterly SOD certifications, drive continuous access controls improvement, and define/implement solutions - Contribute to automations in the SoD and Access Control area - Ensure a low number of internal control deficiencies - Execute SOX controls and Sensitive Access reviews for all systems on a periodic basis - Provide support for maintenance and implementation projects related to Role administration and User administration - Review Access Control, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management Qualifications Required: - Minimum 0-3 years of experience in SOD Process and implementation projects (Role administration & User administration) - Experience in ERP related to SOD process, preferably Baan ERP - Experience in SoD remediation, Process Access control support - Knowledge in automations, Finance, and warehouse modules will be an added advantage Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
