As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our data infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining systems that support the processing, storage, and retrieval of large data volumes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering and cloud technologies, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, aiming to keep the data platform both reliable and scalable. Your role will involve designing and enforcing best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data. What You Bring Solid experience with data engineering principles, data processing, and modern storage technologies. Comfortable working with monitoring and analytics tools like Datadog, Elasticsearch, and Grafana. Experience developing automation and deployment scripts to improve data operations. What Youll Take On: Design and build comprehensive Workday reporting products, including advanced, and matrix reports. Respond to all incoming Workday HR reporting requests from across the organization.
