Job Description

We are looking for IT Cloud Support Engineers on Microsoft Azure Cloud with 1Year to 3Year Design, implement, configure, and maintain various IaaS and PaaS in Azure Cloud for production environments. Experience on O365, Azure AAD, and Intune. Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.). Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of production environment VMs and PaaS resources on the cloud (Azure). Experience in building networks and subnets, VNets, and security/firewall configurations in the environment both on-prem and in Azure. Work on backups, logs, Azure Monitor, etc. Ability to manage Azure subscriptions and resources and storage accounts. Work closely with the development team to implement new initiatives, ISO (QMS and ISMS) standards, technical SOP documentation, manuals, and IT policies. Management and Maintenance of IT Assets. Responsible for managing Helpdesk operations
