IT Business Systems Analyst

**Role Overview:** As a Business & System Analyst at Hitachi Digital, you will be responsible for proficiently applying Certinia Billing and Finance & Accounting ERP practices within the Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, finance, and business relationship managers to manage application questions, implement changes, drive enhancements, and work closely with technical teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support, administer, and maintain Certinia Billing and Accounting applications. - Assist in month-end closure financial processes. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation. - Implement and oversee application changes and enhancements. - Integrate seamlessly with Certinia Accounting or preferred ERP system. - Manage ordering, invoicing, cash application, and collections within the Salesforce platform. - Provide full visibility of customer billings to sales, customer service, and delivery teams. - Automate accounting entries for integration with legacy ERP systems or real-time posting to Certinia Accounting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address application-related needs. - Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements. - Drive development and enhancements of the application related to finance and accounting matters. - Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices. - Offer technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations. - Ensure data integrity and security within the applications. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 3 years" experience as a Salesforce Administrator. - Minimum of 3 years" experience with Billing and Certinia Accounting (FinancialForce). - Experience with WIP and backlog reporting desired. - Capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. - Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum. - Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or related field. - Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. **Additional Details:** Hitachi Digital is a global team of professional experts dedicated to delivering Social Innovation through their One Hitachi initiative.
