As part of our growing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic International Lead Generation Specialist & Cold Calling Expert to help expand our business internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across various international platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, Bark, Apollo, and Email Campaigns.
• Research and identify potential leads in international markets to expand the business footprint.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting:
• Conduct cold calls to new and existing prospects to generate business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Effectively manage and track the progress of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients from different global markets.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Sales Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to share insights, feedback, and strategies for improving lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation and Cold Calling within the IT services or related industry.
• Skills:
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, Bark, Apollo, and Email Campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and client communication.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and technologies.
• Attitude:
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to cater to international clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
