Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Business Development and Sales professional. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's IT products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The professional will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to IT products and services.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in sales and business development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
