About The Role

As an IT Business App Specialist, you will play a key role in evaluating, implementing, and supporting applications that are critical to the legal and administrative functions of our organization. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to enhance operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to define project scopes, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Implement and support various business applications, ensuring they meet compliance standards and enhance user productivity.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users to facilitate the effective use of applications.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with vendors when necessary.
• Ensure continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from users and proposing enhancements.
• Participate in the design and development of digital transformation initiatives, aligning technological advancements with legal standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in managing business applications within a corporate environment, preferably in legal or digital transformation sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
